GLOCAL UNIVERSITY ORGANIZED ORIENTATION PROGRAM ON UTTAR PRADESH GLOBAL INVESTORS SUMMIT (UPGIS -2023)

On 7th February, 2023, Glocal University of Saharanpur organized an Orientation Program on the Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit (UPGIS -2023) at Medical Auditorium of the University. Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit – 2023 scheduled from 10-12 February 2023 at Lucknow, is a flagship Investment Summit of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The 3-day long Investors Summit will bring together policy makers, corporate leaders, business delegations, academia, think-tanks and political and government leadership from across the globe, to collectively explore business opportunities and forge partnerships. On this occasion the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of the Glocal University Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Bharti welcomed and felicitated the guests of the program with bukey and shawl followed by the lamp lighting and welcome address. The chief guest of the orientation program Mr. Iqbal Singh, Principal Conservator of Forest, Uttar Pradesh, highlighted the importance of Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit – 2023 to the students teaching and non-teaching staff of the university sitting in the auditorium. The guest of honour Mr. Ashish Kumar, IAS, VC-SDA, and the special guests of the Orientation Program Mr. Siddharh Yadav, Deputy Commissioner (Industry), Saharanpur and Mr. Deepak Kumar, SDM, Behat, Saharanpur has also shared valuable information to the huge number of the audience sitting in the auditorium. In the last segment of the program the Registrar of the Glocal University Prof (Dr.) R.D. Dwivedi gave vote of thanks followed by National Anthem.
